To meet Eagle Performance Plastics’ needs, we filmed a variety of scenarios using B-roll footage that illustrated each step of the plastics manufacturing process. By incorporating text-on-screen motion graphics, we ensured the video effectively conveyed and emphasized key messages. 

This created a versatile asset that Eagle Performance Plastics could utilize in different contexts, ensuring engagement and clarity – even when the audio can’t be used in settings such as trade shows!

How Alta Resources Leveraged Video Production to Drive Success

Alta Resources, a prominent Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, hired Gillespie Productions to revamp its recruitment and onboarding processes through a dynamic Onboarding Video Series.

The company wanted to showcase the personal investment their employees have in their careers and their dedication to customer satisfaction. Since the first week on the job is critical for employee retention, the team wanted this video series to strike a tone that was both welcoming and motivating.

We began by developing key messages for the onboarding series in collaboration with Alta Resources employees. We wanted to establish authentic, engaging content, so we organized focus groups of Alta employees. 

Filming was more challenging, as Alta Resources has both on-shore and off-shore operations, so we tailored our approach by conducting on-site shoots at on-shore locations as well as managing off-shore shoots virtually, coordinating with local production companies. This strategy allowed us to efficiently capture content without going over budget.

The final onboarding video series effectively immerses new hires in Alta’s culture, mission, and values! 

Plus, because we captured so much additional footage, we could also produce videos for social media and advertising.
